Creating and managing your listings is completely free. You only pay a commission when you actually earn revenue.
Our commission model begins at 17.5% deducted from the hide's price, decreasing by 0.5% for each additional hide you list, down to a minimum of 12.5% for 11 hides or more. This fee from hosts is largely reinvested into platform improvements and marketing efforts, boosting your hide's visibility and bookings in return.

Bookers also contribute with a fee of 5.5% (minimum €3.87), intended for buyer protection, customer service, covering transaction costs and also for the continuous development of our platform.

Seamless payment processing by offering multiple payment options, ensuring that payment is never an obstacle when booking. Our secure system, including escrow service, guarantees safe transactions for both you and your customers. Moreover, we cover all transaction fees.

Additionally, enjoy a clear and comprehensive transaction overview, easily exportable for your administration. We ensure that payments are made promptly every two weeks to the bank account of your choice. Assuming the outstanding balance exceeds €100. If not, the balance will be carried over to the next payment period.

If a guest consistently receives negative feedback from hosts, there will be consequences attached. This policy motivates both parties to show their best side. Easily share everything that makes your hide unique. Add up to 10 photos to showcase the hide and its surroundings, and share up to 20 photos taken from your hide. Have captivating videos? Share those links too! Describe in detail what makes your hide, photo-setting, and the environment special, highlight the diversity of species, and even add a complete species list. If there's anything else not covered, fill the FAQ section with specific questions and answers to fully inform customers about what they can expect.

Our user-friendly chat feature eliminates the need for sharing personal contact information or managing an overloaded inbox. Communication is structured and straightforward through our platform. Seven days before the scheduled arrival, your PDF file containing essential information about the hide is automatically uploaded in the chat, ensuring your client is fully prepared.

Furthermore, the chat allows you to share files yourself and directly present personalized offers, such as adjusted rental prices or tailor-made extra services, which customers can pay directly through the chat.

Whether you're offering a private or shared hide, with us, you can opt for a fixed price per day, a fixed price per person, or a variable price that decreases as more guests book. Refine prices and availability for specific seasons, offer standard discounts on “lesser” days, or completely block off certain dates.

You have the freedom to decide when and how much new availability you open up for bookings. Additionally, you can exclude specific days in the calendar as you wish. This ensures you maintain full control over your pricing and availability.

By offering last-minute deals up to 5 days before its due date, you can promote your hide and quickly fill it, even after unexpected cancellations. You only need to set up once when you want to activate a last-minute deal, and thereafter, the deal will automatically go live as soon as there is still an available spot. This is an effective way to increase your occupancy rate and reduce vacancies.

For each hide you create, we provide an easily importable booking calendar that can be seamlessly integrated into your own website. This unique feature distinguishes bookings made directly through our platform from those via the booking widget on your own website. If a booking comes from your website, meaning you've generated the lead yourself, you receive 100% of the hide price. This ensures you're still rewarded for your own customers while simultaneously preventing double bookings.
